What to Expect:
This class flow is designed to provide you with a 360 experience. We start off with a meditation to prepare your mind and body, followed by the harmonizing sounds of the Crystal Tones alchemy bowls. After the sound session, there's a period of silence for reintegration during which Cecilia will be sending reiki healing. Finally, you'll be guided back to your regular state by the sound of beautiful chimes.
