This is a hibride class (on-line and in-person):
- On-line course: 9.5 hours , 136 lessons
- In-person Intensive Workshop: 12 hours - attunements, instructions, demonstrations, case studies, and practice, 2 days - Saturday and Sunday
Pre-requisition: You must complete 2 online courses to follow teacher's instructions:
- Lando Medical Reiki Level 1 (72 lessons, 5 hours of video, history, theory, hand positions, meditations)
- Chakra Balancing (64 lessons, 4.5 hours of video, theory, evaluation, meditations, hand positions)

This class presents an exciting opportunity to learn Reiki at the beginner’s level. Reiki is a healing modality that helps to release blocked emotions and nurture optimistic mind because you deserve to be happy.

Reiki can be used to balance energy, restore body’s coherency, assist self-healing. This class is the beginning of a fascinating journey into the world of Prana (Chi, Qi, Ki) healing.
In this class students will:
- recieve 4 attunements (if applicable)
- observe how to create a perfect session (basic evaluation, basic Reiki session, Chakra balancing, meditations)
- review case studies
- practice chakra evaluation
- practice meditations for clients
- practice reiki sessions
- recieve reiki sessions

- Genealogy and history of Reiki
- Basic understanding of Prana
- Rules and effects of Prana flow
- Basics of Human Energy System

Learning Objectives:
-Students will demonstrate the basic understanding of human energy system
-Students will demonstrate the basic understanding of how energy flows and how blocks are formed
-Students will demonstrate the standard hand positions on themselves
-Students will demonstrate the Lando hand positions on a client
-Students will demonstrate the understanding of safe Reiki practice
-Students will demonstrate how to locate an imbalance using pendulum
-Students will demonstrate a closing techniques
-Students will demonstrate a Chakra balancing techniques
-Students will be able to do meditations that may be used for the purpose of opening the energy channel , balance chakras, and increasing energy sensitivity

BIO: Marina is a full-time Reiki practitioner. She studied complementary medicine with her grandmother since the age of 7 and continued her education in natural healing techniques through her adult life.
