Reiki I is an introductory level class where you will learn about the gentle healing art of Reiki which helps with pain and stress. During your Level I certification class you will learn about the history and applications of Reiki, receive Reiki I attunements and practice Reiki on yourself. You will receive a class notebook, a Reiki Level I Certificate to honor the beginning of your Reiki journey, and a Reiki gift from your teacher.Deb is a Reiki Master of Masters and completed her Master Trainings virtually. She can attest to the effectiveness and enjoyment of virtual trainings. It is a wonderful way to connect to others who share the same interest in simple and effective energy healing techniques to improve your well being.
