🌈 Reiki 1 teaches us the foundation of Reiki, it's history, philosophy, theory and of course it's practical uses. By the end of the weekend students will be able to confidently apply reiki for self healing (which is important before applying Reiki to others); feel confident in treating family, friends, pets and most importantly begin their exciting personal and spiritual journey of healing in body, mind and spirit. I believe that learning Reiki is best in a fun, relaxed environment. This is not a subject you are being tested on, you have decided to expand yourself and take healing and knowledge back into your own hands, so there’s no pressure to achieve. I prefer to keep class numbers small so you get plenty of time to practise and receive Reiki from each other and for asking questions and having discussions. We ensure there is plenty of hands on practise during the course so you feel confident with the practice at the end of the course.
