✨Reiki is a Japanese Reiki healing technique that restores, revitalizes and rebalances the body, mind, and spirit. It is a very powerful modality, yet gentle and loving.✨In this Reiki I class you will learn and discuss the history and origin of Reiki, you will receive 4 attunements (which activates your ability to channel Reiki energy). Learn basic lessons about energy centers known as Chakra systems and how these relate to each other as well as how the Chakras are related to the different systems in our body. You will learn hand positions to do self-treatment on yourself as well as to do full body treatment on others. Time will be allowed to practice these positions on fellow classmates. You will learn the first two sacred symbols of Usui Reiki and you will also learn grounding, centering & protection. You receive a study manual and Certificate of completion of the Reiki I class. At the end of this one day course you will be a Reiki Practitioner and be able to perform Reiki on yourself, friends, family, pets, and clients.
✨The class will be held on Saturday November 1 from 9:00 to 6:00 at 114 Breathing Space in Fuquay Varina. The cost is $150 with a $50 deposit to secure your spot. If you know somebody who would like to join you on this first step to learning Reiki you will each receive $10 discount for the class. Also, lunch will be provided.
