Learn the ancient art of Usui Reiki Healing in this first level class!You will receive the first set of Reiki attunements to align your upper four chakras, allowing a greater flow of universal life force energy to easily pass from your crown through your hands to help heal on the physical, mental and emotional levels. This class provides an introduction to Reiki including the history, techniques, and current applications. We will also discuss energetic boundaries and how to clear yourself of energies that are not your own (a life saver for any empath!). This class combines lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice.
Please bring a snack/small lunch to have during our brief afternoon break.
