June has been meditating for over twenty years. Her search for physical wellness took her on an unexpected journey for peace. Peace became a priority in her life, which included learning about her own destructive habits and beliefs. Meditation and journaling along with creating art enabled her to learn about herself on a much deeper level. It also helped her connect to something larger than herself and find purpose and meaning in life. She has been practicing Reiki for many years on herself, friends, and family. She received the master teacher certification in Reiki in 2015 and has practiced professionally in the area for over 3 years. She has conducted workshops on intention, self-empowerment, and self-care for several organizations and independently. Soon she will be releasing a deck of cards with her art and writing to help people find more peace, love, and joy in their daily life.
