Reiki Healing- Infused Sound Bath

Come join us for a rejuvenating experience at Griffith Park! Our Reiki Healing- Infused Sound Bath event combines the soothing power of sound therapy with the healing energy of Reiki. Let the harmonious sounds wash over you as our skilled practitioners guide you through a session designed to promote relaxation and balance. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to unwind and recharge!

Instructions:

Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes earlier to give yourself time to park, go to the bathroom, find us, and set up your spot among us. We will start to set up the momentum and check in your tickets at 1:45pm, so it is an open space to interact with each other, and ask questions if you have any. So we start the healing sounds and Reiki at 2:00pm sharp, so arrive earlier to set up. After 2:00pm nobody would be able to check you in, since we will be fully immersed in the healing until 3:00pm, so please arrive earlier.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat or something to lay down on.
• Pillow
• Water
• Sun protection (sunscreen on)
• Blanket or extra layers of clothes, make sure you are comfortable.
• We recommend you to wear long sleeves/pants to cover your skin from the sun, as you are going to be laying down facing upward.
• Open heart and mind to relax and heal.

• Reiki Healing: Lelo is a Certified Reiki Healer - ICRT, Certified Holistic Health Coach - IIN, Certified Nutrition and Fitness Coach - NASM. She is passionate about health and wellness, and she loves helping people to heal and thrive, through her Holistic Approach to heal body, mind, and soul. • Sound Bath: Sherry got Certified in Sound Healing through Sound Healing Academy and Level 1 multi-instrument for foundation of integral Sound. She is a lovely woman who is caring about others, and brings up wisdom with her words and bowls. Sound healing is her passion, as well as mental health.
