Come experience the amazing benefits of Reiki and Meditation together!
To start we will briefly discuss the benefits of meditation and Reiki, along with how they both helped me on my own healing path. Then I will gently guide you through some breath work and relaxation techniques to help you fully relax and let go. We then will transition into the guided imagery portion of the meditation where you will be led down a path to a healing forest. During the guided meditation you will receive the Holy Fire III World Peace Reiki Empowered by the River of Peace Experience.
Yoga mats and cushions will be supplied. Please feel free to bring your own pillows, blankets, and anything else you will need to help with your comfort level while lying on the floor.
