Note: Please arrive by 6:55PM as we begin at 7. If your arrival is delayed, please come in quietly and mindful of others in a meditative state.

- Location: Empowered Physical Therapy LLC, 9015 Vernon Rd #102 Lake Stevens, WA 98258

Note: We are in the same building as Hot Yoga Joy of Lake Stevens, we are located on the first floor. Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, or any small items that you would like to cleanse and charge such as crystals, books, or tools.

Tickets are just $35, available through Eventbrite, or you can save your spot and pay in cash.

Please RSVP ahead of time so we can keep track of how many people will be attending as we have limited space.
