During this session, you will be bathed in the relaxing sounds of Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Chimes and Therapeutic Percussion. These sounds will take you into an altered state of consciousness, allowing your subconscious to come to the fore, giving you access to a deep state of relaxation.
Whilst Mahala bathes you in sound, Alex will send Reiki healing to the group and to each participant individually. We’ll then bring you back to normal waking consciousness. Our doors are usually open 15 minutes in advance and will be shut just prior to the start of the event.
