Join The Self Inside every Friday at 9:30am on Instagram live for Reiki Fridays!! Reiki helps with deep relaxation, mental clarity, increased energy, emotion release, increased vibrational frequency, and soooo much more! My intent for each week's reiki session is to balance our chakras and clear out any stagnant energy from the week so we can start our weekend feeling good!! While this is my intent, spirit, God, the Universe (whoever resonates with you) may have something else in store for us so be open to the experience �
You can receive this energy lying down, reading, working whatever (have caution when driving just in case you get really relaxed �)! Just being present on the live is enough.
