Reiki for Cultivating Peace

We are made up of energy. And when the energy of the outside world hovers on a frenzy, we can feel that in our core being, disrupting our own energetic being. While we may not be able to control the energy of the world, we can work on cultivating peace and calm within ourselves. When we find the peace we are looking for, we can direct that peace and calm back out into the universe to help infuse the world with a different, better kind of energy.

This in person group event at Aspire Wellness will allow you the dedicated time for Reiki energy to work on cultivating this peace and calm within you. Let the universal energy of Reiki help release the energy of what no longer seves you and replace it with the peaceful energy you want.
