Working with women from fertility, through their birth journey and beyond is both rewarding and challenging as a birth worker. We pick up many skills along the way, much are learned through experience, every birth is unique, as is every woman.As a Doula and pregnancy therapist I have many techniques that I use to nurture, inspire, reassure and support my women, Massage, Rebozo, Affirmations, Essential oils, Mindfulness and Reiki.
I did my Reiki training in 2004, reaching master level in 2007 and see it as one of the most invaluable therapies in my role as a birth worker.
Alongside Reiki master David Laraman I initiated many Reiki students over the years and would now like to offer Reiki training for Birth workers.
Reiki is channeling universal energy, mindfully working with positivity and love, for the wellbeing of a person holistically, meaning; physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally.
This course is aimed at Birth workers, no other qualifications necessary.
