I will be teaching a “Reiki First Degree course” this year if you’re interested in learning Reiki It will be held at -:

It will be on the weekend of 15th and 16th March 2025
930am till 430pm both days
Reiki First Degree is where you start when you learn Reiki healing
Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to “Universal Energy”
At my Reiki First Degree course I teach you the following -;
1. The history of Reiki and how it came to the U.K.
2. The 5 Reiki principles and how we can incorporate them simply into our lives
3. How to clear non serving energy from yourself, your home, your family & animals to bring about more peace, relaxation, healing and happiness
4. How to create a relaxing, safe and sacred space anywhere
5. I give you 4 “attunements” and these are spread over the 2 days. They are a short seated meditation where you become attuned to “the energy” to that infinite unlimited source of Love, Healing and Light
6. After that process I will teach you how to call the energy in using a short procedure
7. How to work with the power of focus and intention to offer healing to yourself
8. The 12 standard positions of giving yourself a Reiki treatment
9. Also how to offer healing to other people again using intention and hand positions
10. And how to offer healing to animals in a similar way
11. How to protect your own energy when doing this
12. How to navigate through emotions and challenges when they come up and let them go
13. And beautifully how to work with the energy creating “Intention lists” to empower your life!
We always have such a lovely magical empowering weekend being in the energy, sharing and supporting each other.
I will provide tea and cake. All you need to do bring is yourself, a note pad and pen and some socks or slippers as we take our shoes off when working with the energy

Cost is £225
You can simply pay a deposit to secure your space of either £50 or £100. Then pay the balance before the course. Or pay in full now. Whichever you prefer.

You don’t need to do any other levels of Reiki after this course as you learn so much on the weekend. But if you do then I will discuss what other Reiki courses cover and how to proceed
