Each session includes balancing the chakras. Complimentary use of Gem Stone Mat when Reiki session is prebooked a day ahead of time. Natural Gem Stone Mat is based around Far Infrared Heat Therapy through the use of crystals (Amethyst, Jade, & Tourmaline). Heated crystals may help promote blood flow, temporary relief of joint pain, and enhance relaxation!
