You are invited every Sunday to experience the great benefits of Reiki Energy Healing and how it can play a positive impact in your life.
Awaken your inner light with this powerful healing session! Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduce stress, and anxiety through gentle touch to a hands-off method. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Reiki can clear your mind of excess chatter and confusion,ease depression, and relieve body pain such as, back pain, headaches, arthritis, and more. Reiki also open & balance the chakras, connect you deeply to your emotions to understand them better and bring more positivity in your life.

Attending Zoom Meeting
- Connect on Zoom 5 minutes prior to class start time and silence cell phones
- Wear comfortable clothing

- Yoga mat and a blanket might help you feel comfortable
