Tibetan Singing Bowl Healing Sound Bath
SOUND CAN BE A NUTRIENT TO THE NERVOUS SYSTEM
Realign your energy centers and clear negativity with the power of sound and singing bowls. Let the soothing vibrations wash over you and bring harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. Don't miss out on this opportunity to relax and recharge.
You will be led through a transformative sound healing session, intuitively guided to promote deep relaxation, emotional well-being and healing, leaving you relaxed with more energy. I will be preparing the room using Reiki so that the space is intentionally energized, and resonating with healing, invigorating and uplifting Reiki frequencies to enhance the meditative state.

Starting with grounding visualization to open to transformation

Info: Participants will be given an opportunity to request some focus on a specific concern or ailment. Short guided visualization accompanied by at least one bowl to begin. 30 to 45 minutes of sound bath before collecting awareness and presence, leaving time to reflect, adjust or sit quietly present. Afterwards I will do a quick but powerful Opening The Heart Chakra energy routine that only takes 1 minute for anyone interested.
Please bring your own yoga/meditation mat and headrest, knee support if needed
Info: Please bring a yoga mat and anything you need to make yourself as comfortable as possible (i.e. eye mask, pillow, bolster for knees or lower back, blanket). This space only has a couple of mats. **Please note that sound baths are not recommended for individuals that have pacemakers, implanted devices, epilepsy or women in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. A new host with limited space. Chairs available if you do not want to lay down.
About The Space
Info: The number of tickets is small, and the price is very affordable because the space is small and intimate. I am using the receiving room of an office when not facilitating once a month at the Arlington Center.
