Reiki Drumming 2 Day Class!Saturday & Sunday from 11AM to 5PM
Reiki Drumming is a specialized method of introducing Reiki energy into a client’s energy field to facilitate deep relaxation and stress relief. As stress is relieved, tensions in the physical body are often released as well. Drumming helps us get out of our heads and into our hearts!
In this 2 day class you will receive a Reiki Drum Attunement, you will learn how to prepare yourself and your space to do Reiki Drumming sessions for yourself and others. Learn different techniques to do sessions and develop your intuition while connecting with the spirit of your drum. You will be facilitating sessions and receiving sessions. It’s a retreat and a class!!
In drumming, the rhythm becomes a mantra that captures our attention. It acts as a mind sweeper to clear the mental space of worries and negative thought patterns. Drumming is a practice that focuses on remembering rather than learning. Meditative states are quite natural and simple, but not easy. Within the rhythm of the drum we encounter remembrance of heartbeats in the womb and rhythms our bodies long to express. Drumming is a tool to connect with spiritual realms and the non-physical. We travel along both the silence and rhythm paths as portals into the spiritual space where we breathe deeply, relax and re-connect with the heart and soul.
Biofeedback research indicates that even brief heartbeat drumming can increase meditative brainwaves (alpha) and reduce stress. Some of the benefits of Reiki Drumming are:

I received my Reiki Drumming Practitioner training in 2014 from Michael Baird of Infinite Light Healing Studies Center in Sedona Arizona, since then I’ve been using this beautiful tool consistently for my own healing, facilitating meditation circles and would love to spread the amazing healing waves that sound carries through the drum beat.
