Welcome to the weekend class of Reiki Class 1 & 2.

This is a two-day in-person event, Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p .m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Join Shaman Patricia, a Reiki Master Teacher, for an enriching two-day course where you'll be initiated into Reiki Levels 1 and 2. In this workshop, you'll discover the fundamentals of Reiki and how to harness its power for self-healing. Reiki connects you to universal energy, providing a continuous source of healing whenever you need it. By incorporating daily self-healing practices, you can achieve balance for your body, mind, and spirit, aligning yourself more deeply with the Universe.During this workshop, participants will learn the basic principles, history, and techniques associated with Reiki. Here are some common aspects covered in a Reiki workshop :

1. Introduction to Reiki: Students are provided with an overview of Reiki, its origins, and the fundamental principles behind this energy healing modality.

2. History of Reiki: The class often delves into the history of Reiki, tracing its roots back to its founder, Mikao Usui, and the evolution of this healing technique.

3. Understanding Energy: Participants learn about the concept of universal life force energy, the core belief in Reiki, and how it relates to the body's overall well-being.

4. Hand Positions: Basic hand positions for delivering Reiki are taught. These involve placing hands lightly on or above specific areas of the body to facilitate the flow of energy.

5. Initiation or Attunement: One of the key components of a Reiki 1 class is the initiation or attunement process, where students receive energy activations from the Reiki master. This is believed to enhance their ability to channel Reiki energy.
