Coming together, to work on ourselves; "our home" first, is the first practice within Reiki.
Practicing techniques which are designed to increase your perception from Gassho Meiso (Gassho meditation) to Kenyoku (Dry Bathing) among others to support your own journey and grow resilience within.
Offering a space to:-
* soften,
* breath
* commune
* practice Reiki/healing
* experience group healing
* closing the evening with Tea.
Arrive back to simple yet potent techniques, deepening your understanding, experience and knowing of Reiki and Energy healing.
Cultivating depth and childlike curiosity for this beautiful, potent energy which flows through all of life and the Universe.
Sharing verses, poetry as a way to connect from and to a heart and soul level.
Each gathering will be unique in nature, heart felt and an offering to support, nurture, nourish, restore and stilling.
