The Reiki Chakra Refresh class is a guided class working through each chakra to clear stagnant energy & restore balance. We begin with the root chakra and end with working on your aura utilizing yoga, Pilates, and meditation. While we are working through each area you will be receiving Reiki to assist in opening your chakras.
All sessions are approximately 1 hour long and bottled water will be provided. Yoga mats are highly recommended. $10
