It's time to cultivate & honor your self-love during this Valentine month! Join us for a Reiki and Yoga Nidra class focused on self-love. This is a beautiful way to nurture your mind, body, and spirit!
The session will begin with gentle movements, designed to help you transition from the hustle of daily life into a state of calm and relaxation. These movements will prepare your body to settle into a comfortable restorative pose, setting the stage for the deeply meditative Yoga Nidra practice. As you immerse yourself in this guided relaxation, you'll be encouraged to cultivate a sense of self-love and acceptance, embracing who you are at your core. Reiki will be sent to you as you practice Yoga Nidra.
To conclude the class, you'll engage in a journaling exercise, reflecting on your experiences during the Yoga Nidra session. This reflective practice can deepen your understanding and cultivation of self-love, allowing you to carry its transformative power into your daily life.
Journals and pencils will be provided.
This practice will be lead & supported by reiki practitioners and yoga teachers, Kathy Girard & Karla Lund.
*Studio is heated 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit. You might be comfortable in shorts and a tank top. Encourage easy to remove layers and bottled water as needed.
