Join KT Ehrlinger and Kate Anderson for Reiki & Yin Yoga on July 28. During this workshop students enjoy a slow Yin Yoga class of holding poses. During this calm and mediative practice Reiki Master, KT Ehrlinger, will offer optional hands on Reiki Healing. KT and Kate have been best friends for 20 years and are excited to offering their first wellness workshop together. This class is open to all. No Reiki or Yoga experience in required.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class. All props will be provided. You can bring a Yoga mat if you wish.

Kate Anderson, RYT 500, was first introduced to meditation at 12 years old by her grandparents. Kate completed her 200 hour Teacher Training in 2016 and 300 hour Advanced YTT in 2021. Kate currently teaches at Yoga Center of Columbia and Rolling Brook Yoga offering. Her enthusiasm for building community helps create a supportive and fun environment during classes. Given her first-hand experience with the benefits of yoga, she particularly enjoys introducing new students of all ages to the practice. Kate's additional training includes teaching meditation, prenatal yoga, chair yoga, yoga for Osteoporosis, and yoga & mindfulness for children ages 2-12. Kate currently lives in Old Ellicott City, you can often find her exploring and walking through the town.
KT Ehrlinger is originally from the East Coast and now lives in South Lake Tahoe. She is a magnet for all those who recognize their power to heal themselves, their community, and our greater natural world. In 2020 KT reiecved her Reiki I, Reiki 2, and Master Rieki Certifications under the guidance of Rebecca Slaven.
KT has been passionate about the outdoors all her life. Growing up on farms, she developed a loving connection with the land and natural ecosystems. She has long been an advocate for sustainable practices, awareness, and justice. She is an accomplished backpacker and guide. KT began her guide work in Southern Idaho and Northern California and has worked in programs with goals of education, team empowerment, and mental health. She teaches primitive skills and our vital role in caring for our land. She guided the Seal 2022 trip on the Pacific Coast Trail backpacking trip in Northern California. KT supported twelve participants by carrying provisions and gear, applying expertise in wilderness survival skills and nature awareness. She prioritizes health and safety of everyone on trail through Wilderness First Responder certification. KT has assisted with programs in the Sierra Nevada to include Yosemite National Park, Sequoia-Kings Canyon National Parks, Lassen Volcanic National Park, the Eastern Sierra and the Lost Coast. For fun, she loves to ski and rock climb.
