Join us for another magical reiki sound bath with meditation teacher Jess Spain! We love co-hosting with Jess to bring peace in an accessible way to our community. A Sound Bath is a soothing guided meditation using crytstal singing bowls, drums, and sacred tones. Please wear comfy clothing and bring a yoga mat, blankets or anything you’d like to be cozy during this guided mediation. Jess is an Indigenous Spiritualist, Meditation Teacher & Astrologer based in dowtown Vancouver, Wa and we host together regularly.
