Come and experience Reiki & Sound Healing With Tina & Jenny at The Agape House ! Join Jenny Bergold of Light of the World Yoga and Tina McDonald of The Agape House for a transformative Sound Healing & Meditation infused with Reiki.
The guided meditation will lead you through the process of release, helping you shed old patterns, emotions, or energetic blockages. Through deep breathing and mindfulness, you’ll open yourself to the healing power of letting go, allowing yourself to find inner peace and balance. The sound healing portion will be a deeply immersive experience, incorporating a variety of sacred instruments. These instruments create vibrations that promote deep relaxation and healing, helping to cleanse and align your chakras and create a harmonious sound bath experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and ready to embrace the next chapter with clarity and lightness. While in meditation, you will individually receive the loving healing energy of Reiki.

No need to bring yoga mats. Because participants will be receiving the healing touch of Reiki (unless otherwise requested not to), you will be comfortably seated while meditating. Feel free to bring water otherwise water will be provided for you.
To enhance the relaxation and stress release effects, Tina will have essential oils available for participants who would like aromatherapy to be a part of this experience. Every participant also has the option of receiving an Oracle card pull at the end of the meditation.
This event is open to all, whether you are experienced in meditation or trying it for the first time. Come prepared to release, realign, and open yourself to the healing energies of sound and Reiki.

The Agape House is located on the Southwest Corner of Rt. 31 and Prairie in St. Charles. Parking is on Prairie behind the blue house. Overflow parking is on Second St. There is a paved path from the parking lot to the front of the house so you don't have to walk on the sidewalks.
Facilitator Bio Jenny Bergold: Jenny Bergold started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009. Jenny discovered yoga to calm the body and strengthen the mind. Jenny has her 200 Hour Hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston, IL and her 200 Hour Kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago, IL. Jenny is also certified in Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, and Radiant Child Yoga. Jenny's classes and sound healings focus on the mind and meditation, healing the body through asana and sound, and uplifting the spirit through inspiration.
Facilitator Bio Tina McDonald: My name is Tina. I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training. I am at least a third-generation intuitive on my father’s side of the family and was first introduced to the metaphysical and spiritual world at a young age. I began my studies in 2020 where I found solace in the healing properties of Reiki. I am also attuned in Karuna, Holy Fire, Dragon, Crystal, Shamanic and Angelic Reiki, and draw from all these modalities during a Reiki session. In addition to practicing Reiki, I offer Tarot, Oracle, Runes and Pendulum divination. I am certified to conduct EFT tapping sessions and aura cleansings. I am also a published author and the moderator of the monthly Conversations with Source online group channeling event.
