Through layers of sound, you’ll be held in a landscape of resonance designed to restore balance to your body and spirit. The sounds will move through you like the changing winds of the season — washing away what’s ready to be released and grounding you in the peace of your inner winter.
Reiki energy will be shared throughout the ceremony, flowing intuitively to support your system in deep relaxation and energetic harmony. Together, the vibrations of sound and Reiki weave a cocoon of calm — a sacred pause to listen to what your body and heart are whispering as one season closes and another begins.
What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, water, and journal (if you wish) — and anything else that makes your space feel cozy and nurturing.
Come as you are.
