About this Event
Join us to be guided through a series of relaxing Yin and Restorative yoga postures, accompanied by Reiki healing, light breathwork and meditation.
*Please note*
-Beginner friendly. No prior experience needed to attend and participate in this event.
-All yoga postures will either be in a seated or laying down position.
-Reiki, energy healing, will not be facilitated by hands on touch unless cleared with each individual participant.
-Event will be held indoors.
-All materials and props will be supplied to attendees.
-Wear comfortable clothing for light movement and relaxation.
-Children under the age of 18 years old are not allowed to purchase or attend this event without their legal guardians concent and attendance for and to the event.
-ARRIVE EARLY: each individual must find parking, sign a liability release form and get set up in the space.
*Kyan Rios is a certified 500hr yoga instructor and FRC, Mobility Specialist. She has extensive knowledge in anatomy and physiology, energetic anatomy and energy centers. Ayurvedic practices and ideologies are often incorporated into her work.
*Rowena Whitson is a level 3 certified Reiki Master. She has trainings in both energetic anatomy and energy centers.
