This is a reiki and restorative yoga class focused on chakra alignment that offers a holistic approach to balancing and harmonizing the body's energy centers. This unique class combines gentle restorative yoga poses with the healing practice of reiki, providing a nurturing environment for physical, mental, and spiritual restoration. Each restorative yoga pose includes a chakra-specific meditation that guide participants through mindful visualizations and affirmations tailored to each of the seven chakras, from the root to the crown. This class is in a heated yoga studio. It is highly encouraged to wear clothing that is light and breathable - tank tops and shorts would be appropriate. You will be warm & toasty! :)
