Workshop Details:
This 60-minute healing circle offers guided meditation, hands-on or distance Reiki, and gentle somatic grounding practices. It’s an invitation to rest deeply, release energetic tension, and reconnect with your inner stillness. Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered.
What to bring or prepare:
– Dress in layers for comfort and warmth
– Bring a blanket, water, and a journal
– Yoga mat provided
– Optional: crystals, an eye pillow, or anything that helps you relax and drop in
