If your teen is sensitive, loves animals and is looking for a way to help the animals around them while learning to negotiate their world, this class can help them.
This class teaches teens how to work with Reiki energy and gives them an understand of how energy and their energy system works. They can then use Reiki to work through things like anxiety, aches and pains, emotions and can help them feel more comfortable as they move through everyday life.
We add in the basics of safely using Reiki with the animals around them. This can help them to gain confidence and strengthen the bond between them and their pets
One attunement is given to help with clearing and connection. After class, your teen will be able to perform a self Reiki session and pet Reiki session and have a better understanding of how energy works.
