About this Event
Reiki 3 Master training and certification is a 2-day course for Reiki professionals who have trained in Reiki 1 & 2 and desire to train new Reiki practitioners and pass attunements for Reiki 1, 2, and 3.
Students of this class will practice teaching the following:
- hand positions for self-healing and healing others
- 3 Reiki symbols, their names, meanings, and uses
- the Reiki Principles & Reiki history
- the chakras & their relationship to Reiki
- Reiki business foundations & protocol
Practitioners will learn and must demonstrate a knowledge of the following to attain certification:
- the final Reiki symbol
- the attunements for each level
- teaching best-practices
Participants will teach Reiki 1 & 2 concepts to the group and practice passing attunements on each other. A comprehensive instructor's manual accompanies this training. A certificate will be presented to all students that complete this training, pass the written and practical exams, and receive the final attunement.
*Each day starts at 10:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm.
FAQs
Are there any requirements to register for this training?
Registrants must have physically received Reiki 1 and 2 attunements to receive the Reiki 3 Attunement and a certificate of completion. (Online level 1 & 2 certifications are not accepted for this Level 3 certificate of completion)
What should I bring to the training?
Bring a notebook or journal; a pen or pencil; a camera or camera-phone; your own pendulum or other healing tools.
What happens if I don't pass one of the exams?
If you are not able to pass either the written or the practical exam, you must schedule to retake the test(s) within six (6) months of the course.

Who is Dr. Makeba?
Dr. Makeba Morgan Hill, like lots of women, wears many hats. She is a writer, a Reiki master, a yogi in the making, a health care executive, an entrepreneur, a friend, a mother, a teacher, an extreme cat lover, a believer that children are our future, and a child of God.
Dr. Makeba has been drawn to non-profit caring and learning industries throughout her career where she has served in strategic planning and executive leadership roles. She earned a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management from Florida A&M University, a Master of Health Services Administration degree from George Washington University, and a doctorate in higher education administration at the University of Georgia.
She is a Reiki master, trained in Usui, Karuna Ki, Kundalini, Gold, and Divine Fire methods. She is also an intuitive, divinely-led certified spiritual consultant, meditation leader, and a great listener.
