Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction and relaxation technique that promotes emotional and physical healing. It is based on the physics of "life force energy" that flows through all living things. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to create illness or have emotional discord and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy, healthy, and creative!
Reiki 1 Workshop is a one-day workshop that includes handouts and hands-on Reiki Attunement experience. Level 1 Reiki will teach you how to practice Reiki on yourself, your loved ones, and your pets.
About the Workshop:
Reiki class will begin with a meet and greet, including tea and snacks in the beautiful Evolve Recovery Lounge. We then move into reviewing assigned chapters of the workbook, going over the handouts I provide in class as well as Q & A.
A guided meditation leads us into the Attunement process where each student is brought individually to a quiet area to receive their Reiki 1 Attunement.
Students will then practice Reiki on each other to fine-tune techniques so that each individual can experience the Reiki energy both as a practitioner and as a person on the table receiving.
Participants will earn a beautiful certificate upon completion.
This workshop will prepare you for follow-up Reiki 2 & Master Level workshops and also prepare you for all upcoming Animal Reiki Workshops.
