Reiki is a beautiful, gentle energy that balances an individual’s energy system—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—thereby promoting the body’s natural ability to heal.The benefits of a Reiki treatment are numerous: deep relaxation, mental and physical harmony, optimal health, and improved quality of life.
This course teaches the foundations of Reiki, offering an introduction to its philosophy, history, and theory, as well as a brief overview of the chakra system.
It includes practical exercises to help increase your confidence in using Reiki.
In the Reiki Level 1 course, you will receive an initiation to open your Reiki channel, allowing you to work with Reiki energy.
At the end of the course:
You feel the flow of Reiki
You can give treatments to yourself, family members, friends, and even pets
Reiki is a gift to yourself and to the world!
Astrea has more than 20 years of experience with different types of energy healing.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 4 to ensure a more personal experience.

Part I: Theory

Part II: Practice
Saturday, February 28, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
