� Reiki is a Japanese Healing Art developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan in the 1920s. Reiki allows the practitioner to be a vessel for universal life force energy. Typically the energy is thought to be offered by the practitioner's hands and it can be offered in other ways as well. Our bodies are intelligent enough to heal themselves, sometimes they just need to be plugged into a wall socket like Reiki to get that boost.
