Info: Saturday's morning class is a Yoga Sculpt: The first 15 minutes warms up with a yoga flow. The middle 30 minutes are hiit weight training. The last 15 minutes is a slow stretch flow and meditation. Sunday's morning class is Hot Pilates: High intensity low impact interval training based on pilates principles. The first 15 minutes is focused on glutes, the middle on core, and the end with some cardio/strength building. Ends with stretching and meditation. All at The Galactic Center.
