Reiki 1 Class: empower self-healing, balance energy, release patterns

Join Danielle Mai, experienced Reiki Master & Teacher, for this in-person Reiki Level 1 training. She's attuned 300+ Reiki students, and would love for you to become part of this supportive Reiki community.

Reiki can help you release old patterns you’ve outgrown, bring your energy back into balance, and begin to understand your true nature. As you let go of what doesn’t serve you, your vibration increases allowing you to manifest beyond your dreams.

Once you open up to this energy and learn how to work with it, you’ll have the capability to see your life in a new light and let your life flow. Reiki is more than physical healing. It’s a gentle, but powerful modality that deepens your spirituality and empowers you to take care of yourself.

In this training, you’ll receive a strong foundation that includes:

• Traditional Japanese techniques (Usui Reiki Ryoho) and philosophies created by Mikao Usui and his Masters
• Western concepts (Usui Shiki Ryoho) passed down from Hawayo Takata and her Masters
• An in-depth history of Reiki
• What energy is and how it works with Reiki
• Japanese and Western energy systems
• Reiki principles to help you find more balance and peace
• 4 attunements to help release energy and become a clear channel for Reiki
• Techniques and meditations to help you connect to Reiki
• Techniques for self-treatments and practicing on others
• Grounding and protecting your energy
• Additional uses for Reiki such as plants, food, animals, and children
• Printed color manual
• Printed certificate of completion
• $10 off one private session with Danielle
• Access to Reiki shares to support your practice

This class will take place in a private, peaceful space near downtown Walnut Creek. We'll have a 1-hour lunch, as well as small breaks throughout the day. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, or a quick drive. Tea, filtered water and snacks will be provided.

Transfer, Reschedule, and Cancellation Policy**Tuition is non-refundable, but if circumstances prevent you from attending after registration you may apply the tuition to a future class or workshop taught by Danielle Mai. Tuition can also be transferred to another person if they have fulfilled any applicable prerequisites, (ie. Reiki 1/Reiki 2 for the following level). Transfers and rescheduling to a future class date are permitted up until 7 days before class date. Cancellations or transfers with less than 7 days notice will be charged an $80 fee. No shows to class will forfeit all tuition paid.
