Usui Reiki 1-The Healing TouchReiki 1 opens the energy Channel on a physical level allowing the practitioner to connect to the Universal Life Force Energy with a Level 1 Attunement. This hands-on class focuses on practicing Reiki energy healing on one self or close family members. This class also includes an overview of the history of Reiki.
