Throughout this training, students explore what it means to be an empath and how to navigate sensitivity with grounded awareness. You’ll be guided through self‑Reiki hand positions, allowing you to cultivate a daily practice that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit.
We also dive into Reiki’s history and origin, honoring the lineage of Mikao Usui and the traditions that shaped modern Reiki. Students gain an understanding of basic energy work—how energy moves, how to sense it, and how to support their own energetic alignment.
Reiki I is a self‑healing level. Students who wish to offer Reiki to others professionally or as a practitioner must continue on to Reiki Level II, where practitioner certification is completed.
