At this level, you will be introduced and attuned to Reiki - a non-invasive, natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. By working in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques, it relieves side effects and promotes recovery. You will learn self-healing and energy clearing techniques to incorporate into your daily practice in order to keep you balanced and open to Reiki energy.
You will receive:
- FOUR first degree Reiki attunements
- History & origins of Reiki
- The Reiki precepts
- Grounding, centering, protection methods
- Hand positions on self and others
- Introduction to chakra system & endocrine system
- Hands-on practice time
- Study manual
- Certificate of completion awarded
- Healthy snack & Kangen water
