Hi, I’m Nathalie, and I’ve been practicing Reiki for almost two decades. I’ve written three books about the Reiki system, trained in Japan and with world-renowned Reiki masters, hosted the podcast, and participated in numerous Reiki congresses and conferences.

I love teaching Reiki 1 because I believe a strong understanding of this level sets the foundation for a successful Reiki journey. In my class, you will learn:

• What Reiki stands for as a system and spiritual practice
• The meaning of the original Japanese character for Reiki and a brief history of the system
• The Reiki precepts and how to work with them for personal transformation
• Meditations and techniques to ground, cleanse, and build your energy flow
• Hands-on healing protocols for yourself and others

You will receive:

• 4 Reijus (attunements)
• A Reiki 1 manual
• A copy of my book Reiki as a Spiritual Practice: An Illustrated Guide
• An individual follow-up mentoring session via Zoom

The first session (Thursday, September 18, 7:00–8:30 PM) will take place via Zoom. The two remaining sessions (Sundays, September 21 and 28, 9:30 AM–3:30 PM) will be held in person in West Harlem. Reijus will be performed in person.

Please note: the space is located in a fifth-floor walk-up. The class will take place in a beautiful outdoor space if weather allows.
