Reiki is a gentle yet profound Japanese healing technique that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural healing processes. Through the simple yet powerful act of "laying on hands," Reiki channels an unseen but universal life force energy that flows within and around us, keeping us alive and well.
As a Reiki practitioner, I don’t "cause" the healing nor act as the source of energy. Instead, I serve as a channel, guiding this universal energy through my hands to support your body in finding its own balance. This vital energy flows to wherever it is most needed—promoting harmony on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.

Reiki helps to restore balance where illness, stress, or emotional disturbances have created disharmony within the body. While it doesn’t promise immediate cures, it offers a space where healing can begin by calming the central nervous system, boosting vitality, and enhancing your body’s own ability to recover. Reiki can be safely applied to anyone and anything: people, animals, plants, food, medicine—you name it. Reiki always works for the highest good and can never be used for harm.
Learn Reiki 1: Start Your Healing Journey
Reiki I is the perfect introduction to Reiki, allowing you to explore this healing energy and incorporate it into your daily life. In Reiki I, you'll learn how to use Reiki for self-healing, help friends and family, and even support the well-being of animals and plants. It helps you reconnect to your true self and stay aligned with your spiritual path.
As this is a home-based course, you'll also get to practice on my three beloved dogs, each with their own unique personalities—offering a light hearted and fun experience while you learn!
Reiki I Attunement Syllabus
- Discover the foundations of Reiki, how it works, and its holistic benefits
- Explore the rich history of Reiki, including the lineage passed down from Dr. Usui
- Learn about auras, chakras, and the "Clairs" (clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc.)
- Protecting and clearing your energy field
- Receive four in-person Reiki attunements
- Hands-on practice: self-treatment, treating friends, family, and animals
- Workbook and 21-day spiritual cleanse diary for home study
- Receive your official Reiki certificate at completion, connecting you to a lineage that traces back to Dr. Usui himself
