The Unity course is very traditional, as the lineage is very direct, with only six teachers between the student and Dr Usui (who discovered this form of healing).
You have the option to join Sevanti's Friday Unity Yoga class at 9am-10.30pm at a discounted rate, just let us know if you are interested in booking this!
