Event Synopsis:

What is responsibility in the GenAI era, as financial products and experiences transform?

Join our panel discussion on responsible AI and governance in the financial sector. Traditional AI is embedded in customer experiences and core businesses activities including complex models for fraud and credit risk management. As the industry energized by the promise of generative AI to transform their businesses in unprecedented ways, it’s critical to understand how it is navigating risk mitigation for regulated institutions, customers and other stakeholders. Organizations need guardrails, as GenAI rapidly evolves, to manage these risks and ensure security and compliance within the complex environments in which they operate. Why does this matter? What is the industry doing to integrate GenAI into their responsibilities and risk mitigation into established processes. Gain insights into best practices for fostering responsible AI adoption and developing ethical standards.

This event features leaders from the Ontario Securities Commission, TD, Canada Life and Microsoft exploring these questions, emerging frameworks and delves into how the sector is addressing fairness, transparency, safety, accountability, privacy and inclusiveness.
