Many women find themselves juggling childcare, career, family life, chores, being a loving partner, being a good friend, and most of all not letting anyone down. It’s no wonder that life can feel overwhelming. This workshop intends to provide busy women with a space to slow down, connect with themselves, find comfort among other women, and to take home some tools that can be utilised in a busy life. Informed by spirituality and science, this trauma-informed workshop will focus on the heart chakra and will include vocal release, breathwork, visualisation and movement to help women to explore and regulate their own emotional landscape.
You will also receive a free digital PDF guide: When Your Body Won't Switch Off (5 gentle ways to calm your nervous system).
