This 3-hour experiential workshop blends embodied movement, gentle somatic practices, nervous system education, and guided reflection to support resilience, emotional regulation, and presence — all in a safe, trauma-informed, and supportive environment.Drawing from her ongoing study of Somatic Experiencing®, the pioneering trauma-informed approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine, Stephanie integrates these principles with over 500 hours of advanced yoga and embodiment training. This workshop explores how our bodies carry stress, stored emotions, and incomplete responses — and offers accessible tools to work with these patterns for greater balance, agency, and connection.
Participants will engage in gentle, mindful, and yoga-inspired movement designed to enhance body awareness, release tension, and complete interrupted stress responses. The emphasis is on listening to the body and cultivating safety, rather than performance, flexibility, or traditional yoga sequences.
You’ll also learn practical tools for self-regulation and co-regulation, supporting resilience in daily life, relationships, and moments of stress or uncertainty.
