We will kick off 2025 with a member appreciation meeting.We will have a raffle for members to win various prizes with the free tickets they earned by participating in meetings in 2024!
If you'd like to purchase additional tickets to increase your odds, that will be available as well.
Free tickets are issued to members for the following:
- attending meetings
- purchasing in the auction
- selling in the auction
- wearing SCAPE swag at the Jan Meeting (if you're wondering, yes, we will have shirts etc available again soon)
The software we use for auction and meeting purposes tracks the activity above. Only activity in 2024 applies. Members that come to the Jan meeting will be provided their tickets at that meeting. I will do my best to publicly post a spreadsheet of what members can expect for their free tickets ahead of the meeting.
We have several donors/sponsors looking to support our club and thank the community. Stay tuned for more details! If you have items to donate, please post a comment in the event (here) or shoot a PM to me (John).
There will be no speaker and no auction. The meeting is intended to be more of a social gathering and look ahead to the new year. Snacks and drinks will be provided! If you want to bring something to share, please do!
Rough timeline/agenda:
12:30 - 1:00 - Setup
1:00 - 1:30 - Check in and raffle preview
1:30 - 2:00 - Announcements, club business, social time
2:00 - 3:30 - Raffle!
3:30 - 4:00 - Clean up
We will not zoom this meeting - sorry!
You MUST BE PRESENT to participate! If you have tickets to redeem but cannot make it to this meeting, you MUST coordinate with me (John) to let me know who will be handling your tickets/prizes on your behalf. This must be done by 1/20 - no exceptions! There is plenty of time now so don't wait until the last minute!
