A cathartic exploration and self-expression.
This is a 2 hour therapeutic circle for women to access inner healing, self-connection and expression, facilitated by a trauma therapist.
You need NO preparation NO experience in writing (or being in a women circle yet you need to feel emotionally stable enough to access your own inner world. Just bring your journal 🖊️

Facilitator: Aleksandra Staneva, PhD is a trauma women-centred therapist in private practice. Her experience is in Depth Analytical and Archetypal Psychology, IFS Internal Family Systems therapy, narrative and somatic approaches to healing and thriving.
