Registration opens to ALL USAO Art students!Monday, March 24, 3-5pm and
Tuesday March 25, 3-5pm.
3rd Floor Gallery
FEES
Entry: $2 per entry (CASH ONLY)
Max 10 entries per student
Registration table will be in 3rd Floor Gallery, Davis Hall.
Sign in each entry on the registration form, complete title cards, pay fees at the time of registration.
All media accepted.
All entries must have been produced under the auspices of the USAO Art Department.
Late entries will NOT be accepted.
PREPARATION
All entries must be ready to hang, framed appropriately.
Work with frames must have picture wire or hanging device.
Use craft tape or packaging tape with matting.
DO NOT use masking tape anywhere.
DO NOT use duct tape anywhere.
All entries must remain in the gallery for the duration of the show.
Command strips can be used on work that is matted only.
It is recommended that all drawings of transparent media be under glass.
TITLE CARDS
Title cards are provided, each student is responsible for completing title cards (legible).
Tape cards to the front of your work (2D)
Tape to the bottom of your work (3D)
RELEASE
Submission of work into Spring Show 2025 by entrant, grants permission for the use and reproduction of entrant's name and entered art for promotion and/or recruiting purposes by the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.
