Immigration Compliance Strategies: I-9s, Social Security Mismatch, and Preparation for Workplace Enforcement
This seminar will teach you how to fill out and review I-9 forms to meet employment eligibility requirements. You'll also learn how to handle Social Security issues and how to get responses from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Speaker: Anthony Raimondo Esq, Raimondo & Associates
Anthony Raimondo has represented employers since 2001, transitioning from the Fresno County Public Defender's Office to private practice. He assisted employers with strategic planning in labor relations and counseling on day-to-day workplace issues to avoid litigation. Mr. Raimondo is a member of the California Association of Agricultural Labor Board of Directors.
